Start the game off by getting a faerie charm, four wards and 1 health pot. Go bottom lane with a viable AD carry. Place your ward on the bottom outer wall of dragon so you can view the entire width of bottom lane to prevent being ganked. Ward the enemy sides bottom bush if needed. Replace wards when need. Follow the abilities unless you feel you need the slow more. Switch points as felt needed but max the shield first. The mana per 5 runes are important because with this build you will play aggressive with your ad carry and dominate your lane therefore more mana will be needed. Pick CV and flash but if your ad carry does not choose heal you should switch out flash for heal. Make sure your ad carry has heal. It will benefit the two of you much more.

The gold Per 5 runes will benefit you in purchasing more wards and getting your heart of gold and other gold per 5 items much faster early game. Fell free to switch the magic resist runes out for armor. Also switching the mana per 5 runes out for ability power is viable.

These are basic support runes with Gold per 5 mana per 5 and cool down reduction with a little bit of health from the defensive mastery tree. These masteries work well with CV nd heal and flash.

Buy a heart of gold next, again purchase more wards if needed. Next buy boots of speed and upgrade to Ionian boots of ludicity if you can afford them. Again buy more wards after boots or in between boots and speed to ludicity. Next start building a aegis of the legion. Be sure to always have your sixth inventory slot open for wards. Once you have bought more wards and finished the aegis build a zeke's herald, keep buying wards. Upgrade your philosophers stone to a shurelya's reverie and once more continue to buy wards while upgrading this. Then finally upgrade your heart of gold to a locket of the iron solari. Once the locket is upgraded your build is complete you need the 6th slot to stay open so you can continue to buy wards. After this spend all your money on wards and keep the map warded really nice. The Zeke's Herald can be switch out for a Will of the Ancients if your team doesn't benefit from the attack speed and life steal.

You do not need to follow the skill sequence completely just be sure to max your shield first and obviously your ult every chance you get.

Pick CV and flash normaly, if your ad carry does not pick heal then you should swap flash out for heal and have CV and heal.

Pros- no mana problems excellent support. Does more than average damage for a support champion. Has one of the best shields in the game. Her ultimate gives a massive health boost or heal and a excellent knock up similar to Alistar's.
Cons- squishy but you can easily escape with your W and use R to get away as needed. Overall this champion has few cons.

As a support obviously allow your AD carry to get all the creep kills. Be care with hitting minions because this support does do a decent amount of burst. This build is not for jungling but this champion is viable jungler.

Lulu, is a great team player. When a player initiates use your R on them for the knock up to give your team the advantage and the health boost and whoever is being focused. Use your shield accordingly to help prevent damage on other players. Use W as need for the speed boost but it really shines in shutting down a fed enemy player. In a team fight everyone should focus the fed player if they are dominating fights. Your W can assist this by making the enemy carry unable to cast spells for 1.5 seconds and they can die in this time. Ward dragon once it has spawned always Keep the lanes warded at all possible and ward baron once it has spawn. CV enemy blue and red buffs to check if they are up so your jungler can possibly steal them. ALso CV spots on the map where you think their jungler could possibly be for the opportunity to stop his gank. Throwing you Help, pix on a teamate can extend the rank of your Q to slow enemy players which would otherwise be out of range.

This build fixes Lulu's mana problems and generates gold fastly. Lulu has once major unique skill to the league of legends. She has a polymorph which disables players from casting spells for 1.5 seconds. It also reduces the players movement speed by 60. Lulu's slow is also a one of a kind because of the way it is cast. Depending on where your curser and pix is depends on where your two bolts that slow players will land.

Lulu, is a viable ranked support she works amazing with Miss Fortune and Sivir and caitlyn. Really any AD carry will work fine but Miss Fortune works the best from my experience. In the ranked game you will need to purchase many more wards and CV where your team demands it. Overall Lulu, is looking to be one of the best supports for ranked and is on par with Janna
