Lulu, your building WHAT!?
I have a very similar guide to yours. I like the way you build her and I also get the what situation but after I destroy people they stop talking. I will try the way you build her to see how it works. I've learned this type of build works best in mid or bot though and not with the usual bot lane characters. All in all good job though. :D
