I like to get rabadon's last because the boost in AP I think applies to when you buy it, It is quite late on updating if you get more AP for it. :)

Unfortunately, I have to disagree with your build (specifically Rylais and Lich Bane)

First of all, the Rylais slow lasts 1.5 seconds, which wears off by the time Light Binding is done. Also, the slow effect only kicks in once Lucent Singularity actually hits, so the effect doesn't stack. Lastly, Finales Funkeln's should never be used for Rylai's Crystal Scepter's slow. (It's either a poke or a finisher, not a chasing spell). If you want an item with Health and AP, get RoA.

You should never be so close (as Lux) to actually utilize Lich Bane well. The only reason I would be auto attacking as Lux is if I am in laning phase.
