Taking Clarity is a waste, Archangels also is a waste of potential AP. Lich bane is pretty weak on Lux as well. Rylai is a bad pick too as it doesn't synergize well with Lux's abilities. Starting with a Tome opens up weakness in the early game. Far from usable vs decent players.

Well :) , i actually did that on purpose. Those are the runes I reccomend, so it means you can choose from them. :D, It doesnt mean im telling you to take all of the ones shown, just choose from them, to fit you best :).
