Yasuo
Yasuo is a challenge because of his E move Sweeping Blade. When activated it allows Yasuo to move swiftly through units while dealing damage. This makes it difficult to land Light binding and Lucent Singularity. Wind Wall is his W move. It is a wall or shield that blocks all projectiles. This includes Lux's ultimate Final Spark. If Yasuo is hiding behind his Wind Wall cast Lucent Singularity ,but put the center in front of the Wall. Then if you press the key again it will activate and he will take damage if he is in its range.
Interduction
This guide contains tip's, pros and cons, details about the items, and much more. Thank you for choosing to read my guide and I hope you enjoy it.
Light Binding is a snare that captures and damages the first to targets that it comes in contact with. this is extremely useful. It can be used for attack or to cover your escape. when attacking it works very well with Lucent Singularity.
Prismatic Barrier is a shield that provides allied champions with a little gray heath for a short time. I don't use this very often but it can be nice when you are escaping a battle or when your low on health.
Lucent Singularity launches a ball of twisting light. Any enemies passing in the radius of this are slowed. When you press the key again it ignites the light thus damaging all enemies in the radius.
Final Spark is Lux's most powerful spell. Lux Charges for a moment and then fires long ray of light dealing heavy damage to all enemies in its range. Final Spark is a great way to kill fleeing enemies or scare of enemies. Also if you need to lower the Enemies heath quickly use Light Binding and immediately follow up with Final Spark.
- Light Binding Lucent Singularity (Q,E)
-Light Binding Final Spark Lucent Singularity (Q,R, E)
Defense Combinations
- Lucent Singularity Prismatic Barrier (E,W)
Fleeing and Gank Combinations
-Lucent Singularity Light Binding (E,Q)
- Prismatic Barrier Final Spark (W,R)
Start by hitting as many enemies with Light Binding as possible. While you run drop Lucent Singularity to slow them down. Continue doing this until you get to a turret. once your safely inside the turret cast Prismatic Barer. If they still try to attack you scare them of with Final Spark ,but only if you can see where they are and you are at a safe distance. If you can't see them cast Lucent Singularity where you think their hiding to get a little vision. If they follow you into the turret circle around it and cast Lucent Barrier and Light Binding.
Tips on Ganks and Chases
When ganking it's best to lead Light Binding and follow up with Lucent Singularity. When Chasing try to land Light Binding. if they are out of range use Lucent Singularity to slow them and then try Light Binding. If they are lower heath then just use Final Spark.
Heal is a great way to stay alive during enemy ultimate's Ganks and turret circling. This is also very handy for people who like to fight right on the battle field rather than playing back.
I like to have Teleport mainly for late game. It allows me to travel really far up the map really fast. Also it's helpful for when you start roaming.

I Take Refillable Potion mainly because I can use it at any point in the game until I sell it. I mostly use it early game but I like not having to continually buy more. I would definetly advise this if you are new to Lux or you are going up against a chaliging champion like Yasuo or Fizz.
Health Potion is what I would advise for more seasoned Lux players who won't need to use as many potions.
Sapphire Crystal is for players ,like me, who tend to spam their moves. You don't keep this Item very long It is mainly for early to mid game.
Aether Wisp provides 30 Ability Power and builds in to Luden's Echo.
I take Ninja Tabi because it provides Lux with Armor as well as increasing her speed.
Luden's Echo is one of my favorite items. It provides 100 Ability Power and a little movement speed. Also it has a charge that builds during moving or casting and when it reaches 100 it dispels and attacks 4 targets.
Banner of Command gives Lux a large health boost ,60 Ability Power ,and Magic Resist. These boosts allow Lux to be more aggressive.
Rabadon's Deathcap is a must buy item. It gives 120 Ability Power. This makes Lux's Spells more affective.
The Core
Once you have bought all the items in the core Ability Power will be increased by 425. This increases lux's general power level. Mana is increased by 600, health by 200, armor by 60, movement speed by 72, magic resist by 2, cool down reduction by 30 ,and heath regeneration by 100.
The Pick one section is so you can customize the build to your needs. I normally buy Ranuin's Omen.
Eye of the watchers is an all around buy that raises ability power, heath, cool down reduction and mana regeneration.
Ranuin's Omen is what I normally buy. I gives a nice health boast along with a big armor boost.
Zhonya's hourglass is a huge ability power boost and a nice amount armor. This is a more offensive choice.
Lich Bane Gives 80 Ability Power and 250 Mana. After buying this you can sell Sapphire Crystal if you still have it. Also the ability increases Lux's power allowing her to inflict more damage.
