Tweeboy, I can only proc as many Illuminations as spells I cast (3), and my method procs them all much more efficiently and quickly.

Light Binding > Lucent Singularity (Not Triggered) > Finales Funkeln (Triggers Light Binding) > Lucent Singularity (Triggers Finales Funkeln) > Auto Attack

Well, as this is my build, I think I am fully capable of deciding what my summoner spells should be, but thanks for your input. My jungler always gets me blue, and I kill people much too quickly to worry about Igniting them, much less chasing them down with Ghost. Countless times I've killed my enemy simply because I had mana and he did not (for whatever reason).

your summoner spells should be flash and ghost or ignite, not clarity and teleport. this is because they help you get kills/escape. also, your jungler should be giving you blue buff, u don't need clarity

Are you planning on adding more sections? Some laning tips would be good. Also, don't forget that Illumination can be added to your combo:

Light Binding > Lucent Singularity (place it do not explode) > Finales Funkeln (will trigger passive) > auto attack (triggers new Illumination placed by your ult) > trigger Lucent Singularity > another auto attack (they should already be dead by now)

Besides that, adding the item suggestions above is what I'd highly suggest. Alternate item builds would be useful.

I like the idea of your build.
You've got some good items and a nice format.
If you don't mind though.. I have some advice.

1. You should add some BB Coding and Images. Right now its rather plain and boring. You want to capture your audience. :) This should help you: Making a Guide by jhoijhoi. She really does an amazing job for those who don't know much about BBC. (Even for those who do).

2. You don't seem to mention her passive at all. If you don't use it your missing out. Illumination is awesome. The best part is that you can pop it with your rainbow, that deals a ton of damage.

3. You don't have a list of other item choices that would be good. Like swapping out Zhonya's Hourglass for Lich Bane. The 20AP Loss of LB is way worth it. It will deal MASSIVE damage paired with Illumination.

Otherwise, you have something nice going on here.
