Quick notes!
-If going up against a Karthus (or a combo-based nuke) please please please do NOT get Rabadon's, go ahead and grab Zhonya's Hourglass. It will save you so many times.
-It is totally viable to grab a philo's stone instead of a Kage's Lucky Pick; I just like the AP
-Most games won't let you finish this build; it is rather costly.
-If you Mejai's isn't doing well, sell it to try to get Lich Bane early. Your passive + Lich Bane HURTS.
-RoA is almost a must. Otherwise you'll be stupid focusable, despite your range. Although! Always use your range to your advantage in teamfights. Linger behind your team, only move in for your auto attacks if you know you won't get an Akali/Talon/Lee Sin etc jumping on you.
-Your E is a harass and farmin' machine if you use your passive with it right. Always max E first, even if you're building support.
-If you are building support, follow the same starting build up until RoA, but grab a philo's stone, not Lucky Pick. Max your W before your Q.
-If you want quick health/AP, grab a second Doran's ring. It's okay. No body's looking.
