You NEED to add BBcoding. The build and skill order is smart but the presentation of the guide is very poor. As the person before me said check out the guide he has linked. Add a lot of coding to the guide and it should get a lot more good ratings as it is a solid build. It may take a while but it's worth it.

Regarding your actual build and such. Your skill order is fine. Your items are fine although I think you should try out Athene's unholy grail, especially as the DFG is getting nerfed very hard in the next patch and you need that cdr from some-place. For your masteries, you shouldn't invest points of your masteries into havoc. It's such a poor mastery. The 3 ap is a better investment. To prove it's bad you should check an article about it on the reign of gaming website. Just google it and you should find it.

Lux is a very mana-consuming champion, I prefer to build a quick Catalyst the Protector and build into a Rod of Ages. That's just what I prefer and my suggestion. UPVOTED!

Throw out DFG it got nerfed to hard

I don't get this at all, why would you build CDR boots when you still have 40% CDR? You only buy athenes unholy grail, that blue elixir and blue buff = 40% CDR, so those boots are useless, and sorc shoes are endgame much stronger.

And errrrrrrrr, why not to buy void staff after rabadon? I don't think you even need lichbane since you can't really AA on TF.

And you don't have any MR, why you don't even buy a GA / Banshee.

So before I up/downvote, make some changes, then I can vote.

Well the boots will definitely be changed. I still think Lich Bane is a good choice for Lux because of Illumination. It goes so well and harasses like mad.
Other than that, you are Lux. You don't go so close to your enemy because your skills have 1000+ range, while most others don't. Plus, if you manage to screw up and get in range, you can still snare them and get out of there. So you won't exactly be needing and MRes or Armor
