Start off with basic Boots of Speed, 2 Health potions, and 1 Mana potion. After you've farmed for a while, get longsword, if you have at least 1000 gold then just buy Madred's Razors, else start building for Madred's Razors. After Madred's Razors has been completed, buy Zeal (Dagger + Brawler's Gloves), if you don't have enough money to buy Zeal right away, start off with buying Dagger. Once Zeal has been completed build Infinity Edge (starting with BF sword then Cloak of Agility then finally Pickaxe). Once Infinity Edge has been completed, turn your Zeal into a Phantom Dancer. Once your first Phantom Dancer has been completed, buy a second Zeal. Once you have acquired the second Zeal, grab a Bloodthirster (starting off with Vampiric Scepter, then BF Sword). Now that you have your Bloodthirster, turn your second Zeal into a second Phantom dancer. When you have enough gold, sell your Wriggle's Lantern and buy a second Bloodthirster.
