Thanks for the reply. I start off with the charm and mana potions like your guide told me to. I try to harass with the pool and snare combo but that doesn't seem to work. Most of the damage is from my auto attacks. When they're at half life I try to do the combo with my ult, but then it doesn't do much damage and then they kill me somehow. The mana problems seem to go away if I have blue buff, but then again. The other guy usually pushes harder and can harass also. I guess I have to leave it to the jungler to do all the damage. Thanks!
yeah, it's best to conserve your mana for your abilities when you really need to use them. i'm sure you'll be able to get some kills in no time! i'm working on adding gameplay to the guide, with some tips and tricks that should help! (:
thanks so much! well, getting kills is where it gets really interesting. before you land your snare and pool combo, you're going to have to harass them a little before hand, whether it be from auto attacks, or placing the pool under them and creeps. i'm not sure what items you start off with, but if you're having mana problems, the Faerie Charm's work well, as well as starting with Mana Potion's. if you're unable to harass them enough, and then land the combo, it's best to wait for your jungler to come in. hopefully, you'll be able to get the kill and acquire the gold. after you hit six, make sure they don't have flash, and you should be able to ult them, pool, snare with the dark binding, and kill them, all while auto-attacking. if you have to, Ignite them to finish them off. i max Q after i max my W, because of the farming purposes, it's best to farm early on. simply snaring an enemy should be good enough for a good jungler to jump in and hopefully get your team a kill! (:

First of all, nice guide. I want to know how to get kills with Morgana though. Every time I land my Snare and pool combo, I do like 10% of their hp tops. I also go oom faster than whoever I lane, but they out trade me and are still able to get cs. I could just press w and clear the wave, but then they could clear the wave faster and usually spend less mana than me. Also, why not max Q first? I tried that once so that my jungler could do more damage cause they are snared for a longer time.

Also, quite an odd question you may say but what are your thoughts on the Hextech Gunblade? At first glance you're like "nah!" But think about it for a sec, Morgana has long CD's so you're bound to AA your opponent after you pulled off the Snare/AoE combo so it enhances it a bit she has innate spell vamp that is further enhanced by the weapon (Making you at 30% Spell Vamp)so it increases your health sustain plus it gives a good bunch of AP AND has another snare that also does some damage...looking at all that im almost tempted to give it a try
hmmmmm. i honestly don't think i would buy it for morgana, i know people buy it for katarina, but if i wanted a spell vamp item i would go for Will of the Ancients. i just think i would spend my money on other items to help morgana grow with her ability power. you should try it out though and let me know how it goes!
Wheres the smite?
i see john. pls.
Wheres the smite?
don't listen to him, you need Surge
i can see what you mean with the Feast mastery. i was going straight for Arcane Mastery and Archmage , plus i think Expose Weakness is good for the jungler paired with a strong aoe mid. however, with all these new masteries, i may just have to try out and feast ;D
