I think it's there for your pick. Infinity should be 1st AD item for her not last tho :P

I just find it wierd, since if you have mana problems (i never had any in mid/late game and i also do not buy any mana regen items) just go utility mastery a bit, and for sure i never have clarity.
With clarity you should nearly never be oom... maybe when you have your Frost shot always active and you shoot creeps with it constantly, but i dont think anyone is that dumb.
