Ahri is a unique champion, if she lands her Charm on you, try to retreat as soon as possible. But if she misses her Charm, attack her ASAP, you need to get damage off on her without her charm.
Akali
Definitely one of the easier match-ups for Talon. When against a melee champion, its pretty fair game, when she walks up for CS, Q her for the crit, then W for follow up damage.
Anivia
Anivia is a pretty difficult matchup for Talon, she has a pretty wide stun which isn't good for talon, because he has to go right into melee range. And her egg lets her make a pretty great escape.
Annie
If you can get into melee range, she will W, if you are not in melee range, she will Q you, if you're not in range of anything, she will flash ult you. I strongly hate this matchup.
Aurelion Sol
Aurelion Sol is a pretty different champion, if you abuse his weak melee range, then the matchup should be decently easy, make sure to follow him wherever he roams, but make sure you don't get killed by the enemy jungler.
Azir
He will poke you whenever you go for CS, and whenever you're just alive, try to roam if you're placed against this champion.
Brand
He has a pretty decent melee range, if not better than his ranged, he will simply stun you and then proceed to murder you painfully.
Cassiopeia
If you're on her ability where you cannot move with mobility spells, you are pretty useless, and she will ult you in melee range, DO NOT dive this champion.
Cho'Gath
Another melee champion, dodge his Q, and proceed to murder him.
Corki
He is ranged, that makes this matchup 10x harder. He can poke you for free, especially when you walk up for free CS, beware the Corki.
Diana
When you are placed against Diana, let her engage on you, let her use her E and drag you into her. When you're in range of the Q Crit, use it, and proceed to kill her.
Ekko
A frustrating champion to play against, her will attack you with his Q, and harass you with his autos and abuse his passive.
Fizz
He is a simple case, when he goes onto you with his E, pop your ult, Q him, and W him.
Galio
I only put this champion into the yellow difficulty range is because you will most likely not pick up any kills in this lane, make sure to roam as much as possible, but try not to lose much experience from the enemy minions, and don't let him get a free turret.
Gangplank
His barrels will be quite frustrating, since you have to walk into range of them because you're a melee champion, but if you can engage onto him when his barrels are down he is a simple kill.
Heimerdinger
Oh boy, Heimerdinger, his turrets will kill you, his bombs will kill you, his rockets will kill you. Stay under turret or roam against this champion.
Jayce
When you're farming, he'll chunk you, when you engage on him, he will hit you away, this matchup feelsbadman.
Karma
You know the drill with ranged champions, they poke you for free. But this one has a snare and a shield. Please be careful.
Karthus
You can easily dodge his Q's, but when you kill him beware of his passive, he will most definitely hurt you a lot, if he doesn't kill you.
Kassadin
He is a melee champion, the only threat he has against you is he can escape you super easily.
Katarina
She is a melee champion, but post six she will either kill you, or you will kill her, or you will trade kills. This is a decently even matchup.
Kayle
When she's in melee mode, this matchup is textbook. Just poke her, but when she is in ranged mode, beware the Kayle.
Kennen
When you engage on him, he will stun you and cancel your entire rotation of spells, when he engages on you, he will stun you and cancel your entire rotation, beware the ninja rat.
LeBlanc
She has to go to melee range to hurt you, so you can Q her to murder her, after you Q use your abilities and kill her.
Lux
She is ranged, and will snare you and hurt you with her E, but as long as you get in melee range she is a pretty easy matchup.
Malzahar
When you engage on him, he will ult you. This champion is very hard to kill as Talon, be safe summoners.
Orianna
Her auto attacks will make your head hurt, and her ult will always hit you when you go into melee range, this champion sure is stressful to play against.
Syndra
Syndra is hard to play against, whenever you want to go in, she will use her stun. Try to go in after she uses her stun on someone else, or on the minion wave, or she just happens to miss you, because that's when she's the most vulnerable.
Taliyah
When Taliyah pokes you, she pokes you a lot, try to stay behind your minions until 6, and then all in her.
Twisted Fate
Twisted Fate will use his gold card on you when you all in him, try to roam more on this matchup.
Veigar
Veigar mostly just wants to farm, he is a squishy champion, try to abuse his early game before it's too late.
Vel'Koz
Oh, Vel'Koz, the most annoying thing to play against in the world, when you all in him he will just Knock you up, and then press R, and you're pretty much dead unless he's braindead.
Viktor
As long as you farm up and get your items from CS, this matchup shouldn't be that hard if you just mind your own business and not fight him.
Vladimir
Same as Viktor, just AFK farm and roam.
Xerath
If you dodge his stun when you all in him, then the all in is easy, but if he lands it, then you're probably dead.
Yasuo
When he goes in for you, Q Crit him, and then W him, and get some really good poke on him.
Zed
Same as Yasuo, except he has ranged poke, dodge his blades, then go in on him.

Many ways, like in real life, you are your own enemy, I still blame my father for my sadness, ever since he left it has all been downhill from there, I'm still in contact with him, but I don't know why I am. Everytime I even think of looking at social media it's just filled of the great things that are happening to my step sisters that my father is paying for and supplying a great life for them, they stole my life man, this isn't what I'm supposed to be doing, these kids around here have no one to look up to, all I do is try not to cry and act like I'm all tough but that's not easy to do all of the time when you're caught between taking care of a 5 year old child, and making your mom feel like she's doing everything right. And later that month me and my brother went sledding with my mom and my dad and all she did was cry, and nobody knew why besides my dad and her. Me and all of my siblings had no father to look up to, and growing up we lacked masculinity, and we constantly got bullied for it. But all I want to do right now is thank my mom's boyfriend, if it wasn't for him, I wouldn't have seen anybody be nice to my mom, all I saw from my dad was hate towards my mom, and now I just see appreciation, and love, something that my dad could never show, all he did was hate, my dad constantly texts me saying "Howdy" and things like that, and telling me he loves me, but how do you tell someone you love them when you were never there for them, and you still aren't there for them, and whenever you call to say hi back, he never answers, like I'm a ghost. I just wish everything could be normal, I wish I could have a normal family, I miss my dad, I miss being happy, I blame league for my anger but having all this pent up aggression against my father, league is just an outlet for my emotions, and is probably good for me in the long run, dad, I still love you, but you have never cared enough for me to truly mean that you love me, you care more for your step-daughters than you do for your own children, I really wish you just gave this family a chance, I miss it, I miss being happy, I just wanna go back, dad I love you, turn everything back the way it was, it was so much better then, now the littlest things make me upset, you probably didn't want me to turn out like this but this is a product of everything you put me through, and the people that surround me have no kind of idea what I can live with, what I LIVE WITH.

I don't think these runes need much explanation, Lethality Marks for greater burst on squishy targets, Armor seals for Defense against AD champions, and Magic Resist Glyphs for defense against AP champions, and AD Quints, well.. because you're a purely AD champion.

The explanation for the items is always in the "Notes" section of my guides, but again, i will list why this final build, is the best. Of course you will want the 3 Lethality items, for you are a Caster AD champion, whom typically plays against squishy champions in the mid lane. You will want the boots of your choice, you have a brain too, if you're against an AP champion, go mercury treads, if you're against an AD Melee champion, go Ionian Boots, if you want roaming potential, go mobis.

The Skill Order is R>W>Q>E. Your W is very important for your burst damage, the reason you don't max your Q is because you can't always get get your critical strike off.

Always take flash, I don't care what anybody says, it can save your life, and make offensive plays. If you're against somebody like Yasuo, who has a shield, I recommend taking exhaust, but if you're against a squishy mage, ignite gives more kill potential, which is nice.

When farming always make sure if you're getting poked down to use your Q to last hit minions, because it heals you.
PROS / CONS

PROS: If Talon gets ahead, it's hard to slow him down.
Talon is very good against squishy champions.
Talon has great lane sustain.
CONS: He gets out-classed by many present mid-laners.
If he falls behind, its hard to pick him back up.
