Its not necessary to buy elixir of brilliance but it gives your more ap and health so its not bad in late game. And youll also have more than 5000 HP!

Creeping / Jungling

Getting blue buff if no other mana user needs it is useful! The cooldown buff is great cause you can spam transfusion. 2 and less sec of cooldown... its quite useful.
