They make GP10 seals? the more you know....

Gold seals and quints are pretty bad even on Bankplank, 9/0/21 masteries is the way to go to him, Teleport is the preferred option of Ignite, and Trinity Force is not core; just Sheen itself. You can go into either that or Iceborn Gauntlet if you need the kiting power and defense.

I tried out this build in normals and it was pretty good, I focused more on poking the enemy midlaner (who was lux) with my q rather than using it to last hit. I think that poking the enemy laner out of lane should be of higher priority than farming using q. Other than that this is a solid build. 10/10 would bankplank again.

Did you even try it though? It can be hard to see whether something is viable or not if you don't even try it. I mean, imagine if you didn't know about Blue Ezreal and then someone told you about it, you'd be skeptical until you try it or see it in play, wouldn't you?

I know this is bankplank, but i don't think it is very viable.

I disagree on the utility mastery part (as explained in the guide), but to each his own I guess. I did, however, add a section on summoner spells. Thanks for the feedback :)

You need utility tree masteries for extra starting gold, gp10 and parrley gold as well. Bankplank also needs teleport to get across the map to farm more.
