This i My basic guide to playing Malzahar in the middle lane, its pretty much usefull vs any champ in mid, and there is one reason for that, its simple, using the Malefic vision for harrasment, it does a masive amount of dmg on your oponent early in the game.

It has worked against all my opponents, but once again, there is always players who is a lot better than me, This build and about farming in the beginning, ofcourse you need to farm, but not massivly, its all about getting your opponent back to spawn rather fast, and then you farm, the reason that i take mana regen / 5 sec is that, in the beginning you dont get a LOT of mana return from your malefic vision, so If you can avoid getting killed by ganks and you got a jungler who just can keep his jungle, maybe giving you the blue(its not a big deal breaker, but i mean who can't use a Blue buff in the middle lane earli.

as explained in the introduction, the reason for the mana reg/5 sec is only becouse the malefic vision dos't regenerate sooo much of your mana in the early game.

The magic pen. is one of the major things in this build. if you got a decent amount of magic pen, you dont need the big amount of AP

cool down reduc. so i can spam malefic vision more.

the rest is just for some ap in the beginning

So far so good.

My item build is manly going for a strong and "tanky" ap so i can stay alive longer in a fight and do bigger amount of dmg.

the rylai's crystal scepter, is mainly becouse of the health and AP, but the ekstra slow is really good, when you got 3 spells, all with pretty good range.

the reason why Ive left up 2 spots on the Items is that, after that build its pretty much GG.... or ofc not, but you need to suit your items for the game, if they are really getting down on you, and hourglas is helpfull, or even an guardian angel, but if you go for the angel, then your ADs really need to do the massive dmg.

The farming part of this build goes, "slow" in the start but this is all about keeping your middle opponent down in farm and you above, with some good ganks, or you just playing smart, you will get kills or assist if your opponent gets to greedy

Right now i'm not the highest ELO of the world, actually i'm about the 1100, but there is some reasons for that, 1 of them is that i dident use to play that much League of Legends before, i played A lot of counter strike, but that's another story, after i started playing league of legends "full" time i have gone from 800 or so to 1100 in idc 14 games or so.
with this build i got 10-2 with malz actually a win % on 83.3%

to make the long story short, massive harassment on the opponent, farm, get "tanky" grow AP and WIN
