I personally can handle mana troubles fine with MV, but that is a good idea and I will put it in the item build. If you feel like you need more HP then you can go for a Rylai's Scepter if you want to. I personally think that Malz is an all or nothing nuker though, the slowing wouldnt make too much of a difference, although can help in team fights with all of his AOE abilities. To whoever downvotes my build, if you dont know how to play malz well and you dont read my guide, you can do pretty badly with these items. If you read my suggestions, this build is awesome. Malz is a tough character, but I've tried to cover as many of the difficult aspects of him as I can. However if there was another reason it was downvoted, plz comment on what you did not like so I will know if something needs to be changed. Great item for him overall. 2. Stacking a 2nd Archangel staff will only give 450 MP and 45 AP. The unique passive doesn't stack with each one so once you have one Archangel Staff, you can only stack 1000 mana, it's pointless getting another one unless you really need the MP and MP regen. 3.
