Couple of problems..
1)Switch the effects on the glyphs and seals. They'd be primary effect if you do.
2) Maxing Malefic Visions last will result in poor early and mid game gamplay. Which Malzahar is supposed to excel in. Malefic visions returns back some mana and can easily harass enemy champions.
3)Stacking Archangel Staff will not have as much AP as Rylais and one Archangel. The unique passive doesn't stack, only the regular passive (which still doesn't give much).

You seem to focus alot on mana regen here. The problem is that Malzahar's Vision spell refunds mana for each kill. So when you farm minions, you refund the mana back from the spell as well as regaining extra amounts of mana, effectively restoring your entire mana bar with basically that spell alone.

Also, you have two Archangel's staffs. The unique passive ability from it doesn't stack even though you get 3% ap from your maximum mana. I would suggest getting a different item that gives pure ap, like Rylai's crystal scepter, in place of one of the archangels. That would certainly be more viable.
