Yes, nobody should ever make another build for any champ... because it's not possible that they could do a better job than someone that already made one... Also, don't try to become a rock star, any kind of professional athlete or anything of merit.. because there is someone out there better than you. I don't take banshees early unless my team is getting really really screwed because I think it's better to invest in RoA due to the boost in practically everything. And really getting a RoA early helps a lot as opposed to getting it after banshees, try it for yourself ^^

Btw Merc's treads make you too slow, you may want to use Boots Of Swiftness if you ever hope to do anything in a fight.

You need Banshee's early on to assist with your passive and make you a more effective tank. Trying to write a build to even compare to EvilDice's is stupid. I'm sorry but you've wasted your time.

standard singed build, well written guide, not too much not too little. rylai's might not be that necessary since singed slow is very powerfull with a big aoe! +1

Looks like a pretty good guide. However, with Singes passive being so awesome, I would think that it might to be better to focus on items that give you mana as well as your resists and such (i.e. Frozen Heart). Also, as singed already has a pretty massive slow, I think it might be better to get an archangels or something instead of rylais. Just a thought.
