This Build for swain is the one i use and do very well with. With this build you can take down most players quite fast (even tanks!). This Character got mostly dot spells(damage over time) and is strong on finish them of. If you want you can add some movement speed to race beside them with the ultimate and making them panic xD.

Spell penetration makes the spells quite good against magic res players aswell.
If you desperately need you can change the runes to mana or mana regen to some limit. Not too much to keep ap at a good level though.

I take ignite to add some extra spice to the affliction spells layed and the teleport spell is simply to get back in battle quickly. Its the one i always use.. can't explain why i never change it really, I don't play as well without it simply.
