Hey Guys and Gals just wanted to post up my NEW build of Veigar for Dominion, with the new Mastery tree's. Anyways this is my first Guide so I will probably miss some things but Ah well :) enjoy and I hope you can dominate with Veigar too.

Good Ole Veigar, The Tiny Master of Evil. I played him a lot in Summoner's Rift and had fun but when Dominion came out I completely sucked and was sad :( but then, New masteries came out and i decided to try a build out and see how it would do. So the first game I played Revamped, my team sent me to bottom cause no one wanted to go. i was unsure thought id lose it for the team but I did very well was able to push and just last hit mobs with Baleful Strike . I was happy again LMAO so I turned on some Children of Bodom and System of a Down and Bombed my way back to happiness :) LOL
Oh it was Ryze that I was against at bottom. If it were a Heimerdinger then I think he would own me but haven't tried but i play Heimer also so I know.

I chose these runes because well they were my same runes in Summoners Rift but without the Greater Quintessence of Movement Speed . I chose these cause I wanted some speed. The rest of my runes are still great in my opinion. Greater Mark of Magic Penetration Magic Penetration perfect and of course Greater Glyph of Scaling Ability Power Ability Power uh Duh.. and for the Greater Seal of Scaling Mana Regeneration I haven't tried anything else so explore if u wish.

Ah yes the Mastery tree's how i like the new tree's anyways my build is 21/9/0 I went with a Little defense, well because its dominion and im squishy so... thought it would help me out a bit. not gonna really explain why I chose things it's pretty straight forward so have a glance.

The items I've chosen are my favorite for Veigar. I like Cooldown reduction hence the Morello's Evil Tome and Deathfire Grasp . For some damage and pwnage I get a Rabadon's Deathcap <-- Awesome, and Void Staff if the game hasn't ended yet. And of course Sorcerer's Shoes for some magic pen and speed.

My skill sequence is how im comfortable playing Veigar. Your Baleful Strike is your harassment skill and does good damage and also don't forget to last shot some minions when you get a chance it helps out. So you wanna use Baleful Strike as much as u can and save your Event Horizon / Dark Matter combo for when you feel you have the right opportunity to successfully land a hit. And don't forget about Primordial Burst <-- So Awesome! and your Deathfire Grasp skill if you remember.
So here is skills order:

My Summoner spells are Garrison and Flash I like these two spells because it helps with defense and helps to keep me alive or get some kills. If your feeling saucy u can go with Ignite .

For Veigar his stun Event Horizon is great for your team use it wisely and try not to waste it. usually when I start a game I take mid point and capture then I rush to top to help my team out. I have gone bottom once and did great but haven't gotten another chance cause people don't trust me so I've been going top. I usually take out the squishy players first if I can but usually try for Baleful Strike - Event Horizon (On their face!) and Dark Matter then Baleful Strike again, usually does some good damage at the start. and another thing don't forget to use Garrison and Event Horizon its nice but be careful your still squishy. Try to stick with a teammate and use brush for cover. If you have 3 capped then just push and farm with Baleful Strike . But keep an eye out you gotta think smart.

Well it's a short brief description on how I play Veigar but i may add more, im just waiting to play League of Legends because the servers are down right now, so I just wanted to share my build with everyone, anyways see ya in the Crystal Skull and League Of Legends is a Fantastic game!
