I changed up the items (slightly) and got rid of those runes to put in some other ones. I also added to some of the sections. Thanks for your comment.

I also encourage you to try it if you didn't because it always blows me away and I always have fun with this build!

Not well explained. You might want to clear up some reasons on why you get certain items. Also, CrD runes are not that good, only for late game, and that is what IE is for. -1
