In the beginning it is up to you whether you want to start with or with . I choose alpha because in most cases you will not get the first kill till after the mobs are out so I use the chance to get some mob kills and level faster so I can then get the champion and fight to stay ahead of the game from the start. After that, keep killing the mobs that are coming and any champions you can/want to kill, however it is normally easier to kill the minions for now because the champions will most likely retreat and you will level a lot faster if you focus on the minions more. Remember ALWAYS BE KILLING. If you do not constantly kill, you will end up wasting a massive amount of time that could have been spent in the jungles getting the gear that will help carry your team to victory and will harm your chances. In this build, a Wuju'd Highlander will be your best friend against champions and if they get too far ahead, use Alpha Strike to catch up ;]

Now that you've started jungle farming, kill all but the dragon for fast and easy coin without needing to heal. Soon you should have enough coin to finish [id=Stark's Fervor size=32]. Then get another for a little bit more speed and crit or go straight for your second . Now by this point you should be at least 16 if not 18 a long while ago. If you rather go for more damage and bleed works wonders especially when Youmuu and Hextech have active abilities that hit pretty hard even at end game.
