I have to recommend Doran's Shield or boots and potions for starting items, particularly in a duo lane (I'm assuming this is for duo bot; you have no real sustain, and securing dragon is mentioned). Yi is simply too easily shut down. Your opponent is not likely to permit you to stand in minion melee to sustain and farm.

What lane is this build for??

Seems really bad to me.
