Lookin' pretty spiffy.
I'm going to go ahead and link you THIS. If you're in the mood, it'll show you how to link icons with tooltips into your guide.
A bit of commentary on the items. I really don't think Frozen Mallet and Boots of Swiftness are both necessary. And Frozen Mallet is ridiculously good on Yi, as he can jump to everyone already, and attack them immediately afterward.
Also, if you're not laning with someone who has a CC, I might suggest building Phage super early, for the chance of slow.
Also, with the extra health from Frozen Mallet, picking up an Atma's Impaler doesn't become too bad of an option. 45 armor, 18% crit, and roughly 52 damage. Maybe not the best item, but an option. Also, something like Madred's Bloodrazor might be a good 6th item. The passive rips up tanks. That, or, if you must have the extra movement speed, a second Phantom Dancer is also fun. Or perhaps a Trinity Force, though the slow on that would be pointless.
Any how, there are a bunch of random ideas. Good build. Concise and too the point.

-- edit: sorry, i was tired when I posted this. Wasn't counting the number of items you had on your build. =.=
