This Guide is for Master Yi great DPS skills. it will give him advantage vs his enemies and will give him the best combo to kill any champion in his way. this guide is most good for a 5 v 5 game.

Runes are basically any rune that gives you: Speed , Attack Speed , Attack Damage and Cooldown Reduction.

The Most useful runes are the advancing ones. which means each level they get more powerful.
you wont need to many critical hit runes because items in-game will get your crit rate high up.

the items i recommend are a lot of attack speed and Attack Damage Items. Because his ultimate skill is so powerful he will be able to kill anyone in about 4 hits. then his ultimate resets and he will be able to kill another one.

Master Yi will run a lot of time out of mana. that is why in his build you will get a mana increase as well as health increase with the Banshee's Veil. because health is always good.

the dagger at the game start is very good for later on. it will help him get the malady much faster considering the malady need 2 daggers, so you already have 1.

the zeal instead of the phantom dancer is because you need the speed but the zeal gives you half the stats that phantom dancer gives you in much less than half the phantom dancer price.

Master Yi's main DPS damage skill is the Alpha Strike skill. it will give u an advantage at the early game and will give u the ability to move out hit some minions (and maybe a champion) and move back without getting close to the champions.
when chasing off someone this skill is great because it will let u get really close to someone and give him the final blow.

then you will get the Zulu Style skill which later on will give u a great advantage vs other champions. leap on the target with Alpha Strike then use Zulu Style and your Ultimate, Highlander.

Highlander is Master Yi's Ultimate which when activated will give you 40% speed and 40% attack speed, it also makes u invaluable against slow spells! this is great when chasing off someone or running away from someone.

Lastly Master Yi has a healing skill, Meditate. this skill is underrated, it will make Master Yi a tank! while in combat he will be able to use it and basically heal any damage someone deals to him. although it is a good skill it is not useful until the late game because in the early game Master Yi doesn't have enough HP for it to actually Pay for itself.

The gameplay of Master Yi needs to be very thoughtful. Master Yi need to give a blow and go back, while getting the XP from the minion kills.
in the late game the best combo for killing a champion is:

Alpha Strike (on the target u want to kill, it will get u closer to him.) > Zulu Style & Highlander.

hopefully if u kill him in time all your skills will reset and you will be able to kill another champion with the remainder of the first combo. if not, use the combo again.

in the early game try avoiding other champions. although if 2 of you are going to engage a target, don't always try going for the kill, try making him run away, this way he will lose time and XP, which will give you the advantage.
