This is my first Master Yi build .It works 100% for me and it makes me a killing machine.With this build + Runes and his ultimate Hightlander u have amazing attack speed.Please try it before Rate .

I use Atack Runes.
Red Runes: armor penetration. I dont use atack speed runes cuz when i use hightlander and Wuju style i have max atack speed so armor penetration is the best idea.
Yellow Runes: Atack speed : Just to Max Atack speed .500% atack speed .That means like 5 hits per second :D
Blue Runes: CD reduction: its way good for using Alpha Strike often and healing with meditate(if needed).
Quinstence: armor penetration : OMG now enemys wont have armor for u xD

I use Ofence cuz its best for Yi.U dont resist much time but no needed cuz u are gonna kill enemys very fast so they wont hit hard.

Doran Shield: good item for start cuz Yi sucks at low lvl so u need to resist till middle and late game.
Yommumu GhostBlade: Awesome item. I use its active in combination with hightlander and wuju style.
Starks Fervor: Life steal and atack speed are great for YI .+ a debuff for the enemy.
Phantom Dancer: Now ure in middle-Late game and u have AMAZING atack speed.
The BloodThirster: Dmg and Life steal . why? : u will never die.

Alpha Strike-Wuju Style-Hightlander(wuju and hightlander u must active at the same time)-Yommumu Ghostblade's active-ignite-exaust ( Q-E-R-yomummu ghost balde active-ignite-exaust) = KILING MACHINE

Exaust: Why? i really need to catch enemys and gr8 for 1v1 enemies like Tryndamere and Warwick
Ignite: why? bonuse dmg of course! gr8 VS Dr Mundo's ultimate( Sadism)

Ghost: if u dont have ignite u can use ghost .

Clarity: ure mana hungry in early game but then u will have no problems
Smite: ure not a jungler
Heal: life steal is your healing method

First of all : you are NOT a jungler so no smite needed but in late game u can go in jungle to kill creeps and healing with your amazing life steal.

Yi has problems 1v1 with tryn. Read this and make him to hate u ! xD
Tryndamere: Yi's nightmare ...... Tryndamere rocks on late game. Try to ask team meates to kill him in early game.
If u feeded Tryn :
1v1 with him and when he puts ultimate run tiill it end and after alpha strike

probbably the best 1v1
amazing healing with your life steal
super atack speed
amazing speed
