I would say the general idea of this guilde is nice. There is no need to flame:"No armor pen, no GA"

There are things you can critisize for example: Why should you go for 21 points in Utility? You don't really need 3% bonus movementspeed with 2 Phantom dancers and 1 Statik Shiv.

I also don't think this build is very good as a jungler because you get less gold through farming the jungle than through farming the lane (exept your mates let you farm the Lane).

This guilde relies on being free to do what ever you want (although that's your goal as yi and your mates want to do this too) but I dont think that you can play like that if the enemy tries to screw up your game so try to think in different dimensions.

There is no need to hate just a bit of overthinking this guilde makes it a lot better.

lol. thank you all for the feedback. I think the point of this guide is being missed. i don't play how most people do. this build is a strange one, and i love it. you may want to give it a try if you enjoy strange builds. this build is also developed to my specific strategy, it probably won't work as well without being supported by it.

i'll fancy it up one day perhaps, but not any time soon. i don't like coding, just wanted to give back to this community.

there is armor pen if you wish for the last item choice. since yi has natural armor pen, i only get more if i am against lots of tanks. as mentioned, i usually get the ghostblade in such case. (please see the item notes.)

100% critical chance IS good on some champions. i feel yi is one of them because of alpha strike alone. try it out, i've done both, and this build is what floats my boat.

i have tried offensive masteries as yi, and in the end, i enjoyed utility more.

as for the crazy movespeed, i like as much of it as i can get for yi. especially from the very start of the match.

dual phantom dancer isn't a bad move, the only effect that isn't doubled is moving through units, so i still find it worth it, since it has such high critical chance bonus, and more speed for movement as well as attack.

again, thanks for the feedback, i appreciate it, even though all of this is simply personal preference.

Too bad about 90% of it is wrong.

This was a really nice guide that went into lots of detail. You spoke about each section of the game clearly, so that players of all levels could easily understand it.

My main issue was your lack of eye candy throughout the guide. There is no colour, No pretty ordering, No fancy pictures, No nothing. Try to explore the coding to create a more friendly vibe.

My other issue with your guide is your movement quints. I really think you don't need them as your masteries go into full utility. By having nothing but movement speed, you now have no armour to counter jungle creeps and enemy attacks whilst ganking.

Overall it was still very informative, so I gave it a +1, Nicely done.

No Armor penetration at all
Assumes getting 100% crit is a good thing
And those masteries....
