Well the IP part was mostly as a joke xD (at first)

Yes I know it is but I had a problem how to catch it exactly as on the 2nd point you get 4% instead of 3%, so just wrote the whole IP that it would require.

Also I made it only for problematic choices that people have with it (me included).

Last point the mastery price does not necessarily mean it's usefulness .
