Now since viktor is different then others his stats are slightly off and so are his items. This is because his core and his augments are not included in the item listings of mobafire. so your stats will very based on what you purchase.

Why play as Viktor (pros and cons)
Amazing bursting when given the proper Augment
His augment makes him very flexible to tailor him for what kind of a mage your team needs.
Great farming when use of Death Ray is mastered.
Destruction of threats is imminant when you have him mastered
His E and R are different then most other spells in the league
often viewed as useless by those who are unskilled with him
squishy if not given any health items
To me Viktor is made to be the champ that shows up, drops a few spells and then suddenly everyone is running for their lives, and i make sure my runes are made for it
Magic penetration marks giving his spells that extra kick.
AP per level glyphs and quintessences for greater damage output from his spells
and then health per level seals to help keep Viktor alive
grab all masteries applying to AP and damage in the offense tree
then grab the maximum mana and mana regen masteries as well as jungle buff duration.
Now here is where mobafire and Viktor clash. Your not able to input his Augments into the item section although each one gives a drastically different stat difference.
i go for Augment: Death with the increased AP as well as giving Death Ray an additional burn effect, this is the perfect augment for the way i play mages.
Sorcerer's Shoes- i love these shoes so much. Perfect for adding onto your damage
Archangel's Staff- Bonus mana+ ability power+ more ability power based on your maximum mana = potent destruction for all that stand in your path.
Rabadon's Deathcap- must i explain why this item is great?
Will of the Ancients- its such a cheap over looked item and i dont know why. Ability power plus an aura giving more ability power and spell vamp.
Rylai's Crystal Scepter- great for giving Viktor a bit more damage his abilities as well as extra health for some more survivability.
Void Staff- tank shredder in short. a very nice item
Ionian Boots of Lucidity- if Viktor's cooldown seem a bit to long for you the will shave off a few seconds
Morello's Evil Tome another nice under used item. ability power mana regen and CDR.
i choose to start off with his Q Power Transfer. this is because as long as they are in range Power Transfer is garenteed to hit them. then i grab Death Ray at level 2. It is a very good ability for poking enemys who are to far from Power Transfer. At 4 grab Gravity Field using it to prevent any chasers or ganks as well as prepping a target to take on all your attacks.Maxing out Power Transfer first will increase the effectiveness of the shield it gives you on its return. then grabbing Death Ray second will be great for catching runners who think they have gotten away.
If you read my build for Garen you know my favorites are Flash and Ignite.
, a great chaser and an executer.
Ghost use it as a swap out for Flash, it gets you farther but you cant use it to bypass walls like Flash
Teleport- jump back to your lane fast.
Clarity- for when you tend to burn through your mana pretty quickly.
Promote- need a tank fast? inject your siege minion with roids and make him do it.
Heal- i hate this spell...but Viktor does squish. So i guess you can have this if you must have it.
Exhaust stop all the runners.

Smite- your not jungling
A Brief H2P for Viktor
EARLY GAME AND LATE SMALL BATTLES
You wanna harras your melee enemies and your over confident rangers with Power Transfer and auto attacks. For those who are a little to far make them jump back with a well aimed Death Ray. An early game combo great for kills or showing the enemy that your not messing around is to run in and drop Gravity Field making sure that they have to run through it in order to get back to their turrets. this will assure their stun or them having to run around it. Once stunned hit them with Power Transfer, Death Ray and Chaos Storm if its available.
Once you have a target you wanna focus first drop Chaos Storm directly on them. Odds are they will scatter to avoid its damage. follow on your target hitting them with Power Transferand Death Ray. If enemies are escaping the team fight be sure to throw Gravity Field to give your team mates the opportunity to catch up to them.
