The big difficulty is to not run out of Mana when commiting to an all in, since Annies spells wont refund her mana (except you execute the enemy champ with your Q). This is why you should poke the enemy champ with Q and Q(stun) W combos, or even poke with Tibbers(stun, Q, W) and take the enemies Flash or barrier. With the new Masteries, you can roam a lot better now: Your MS in the River is increased by 5% which is huge.
