|Tryndamere||Meh. Easy kill. Just Q and W him and finish him off with ignite. Don't let him get fed.|
Introduction To Cho'gath
Before you complain about Cho'gath being overpowered, give me a chance to talk! XD
Cho'gath is a unique champion (duh, all champions are unique) and he is very tanky, has good crowd control and can do true damage. An attack that does true damage is truly dangerous, Vel'koz it ignores armour AND magic resist! Though not an extremely popular champion I main Cho'gath. And Why? Cause you get to NOM your enemies!
Pros / Cons
OK let's face it. Cho'gath is pretty strong but he does have negatives about him too.
.Can get super fat, as big as the nexus itself!
.Super good at sustaining
.Will shoot out giant spikes that will skish-ka-barb your foes
.Part of the Illuminati
.Loses his feast stacks when he dies
.Super slow and fat
.Can't out damage particular annoying mid laners
Cho'gath's masteries are easy to make depending on your play style mainly.I enjoy playing safe early by farming under turret most the time and so I tend to have more points on the defensive part of the masteries chart. The role of Cho'gath is to secure kills for your allies and absorb the damage your team members take in a team fight.Attack speed, health, ability power, armor and magic resist should be the ideal stats to focus on.
Mercury Treads-Expensive, but worth the price. This will allow you to stand a better chance against crowd control abilities.
Rod of the Ages-Probably one of the best items for Cho'gath, giving him extra early game sustain. This will increase your health as you level and feast. Make sure to avoid risky plays and remain alive.
Warmog's Armor-Increases your health even more and makes your sustain even better. Your health will be high and will regenerate quickly, meaning you can stay in lane for ages.
Frozen Heart-Very handy in fights against fast champions. This is an optional item, but it is very useful against powerful attack speed based champions such as ADCs, Jax, Trydamere, Olaf, etc.
Wit's End-Very useful, considering that Cho'gath's attack speed isn't exactly great. This will buff your E and will cause enemy champs to suffer more damage from your AP based attacks.
Rabadon's Deathcap-Make your AP high to make sure you have enough damage late game. If your team already has enough damage, buy a health based item instead.
It is VERY easy for Cho'gath to farm because of his passive he can sustain like CRAXY! Cho'gath is hungry for ult stacks and mainly mana! Mana is a large problem for Cho'gath because his moves use tonnes of mana early game. You want to use your Q to poke your enemy fat butt, just activate it when your opponent is in their minion wave. This way you get gold from killing the minions and damaging the enemy champion at the same time!
