Why skill E over Q?

The reason why I personally put E before Q is because if I get caught up in a early gank I use E to escape. I find it useful.

Tips and Tricks for a easy 1v1 kill?

Cast your E if it looks like it's gonna hit quickly hit W so the plant spawns. Target should still be trapped. Waste no time in hitting W again and Q and hit your R and ignite easy kill.
