Against an Ahri, it's a skill matchup. If she lands her E's constantly, then you don't really have a chance to engage on her with your Pounce. If she's missing skillshots left and right then she's pretty easy to win against.
Akali
Pre-6, go all in on Akali. Your level 3-4 game versus hers will always be in favor of you. Even if you don't land a spear you can go in on her while she's farming, because there's not much she can do. Once she reaches level 6 she's really dangerous. She'll win most trades, so just land spears and be careful.
Anivia
Anivia is quite easy to lane against as long as you're dodging her Q's. Her Q's aren't very easy to hit so, after she's used it, go in on her. She has very low mobility, so she'll be easy to kill. HOWEVER, do NOT tower-dive unless you are certain her egg passive is down. Try to proc her passive early. As long as you kill her pre-6, then you should be OK in lane.
Annie
Annie is not easy to play against. Your godly level 2 and 3 dueling potential lets you win some trades against her. Make sure she doesn't have her stun up before you go in on her. Once she reaches level 6, you're not going to be able to engage on her because she'll either have stun up and spell-rotate your ass, or she'll just use her Q and W to win the trade. Be wary of the stun, and go right after she uses her stun.
Azir
Azir is super-easy to lane against, primarily because people in my division are not very good at him. He's extremely squishy and works mainly from afar. Especially because the knockup on his E has been removed, you'll win most trades if you get a good spear in and then cougar combo. He won't have much time to react and poke you down. You'll win this lane pretty easily.
Brand
Another really easy lane. He's pretty squishy, and as long as you dodge his AoE ability he can't do too much.
Cassiopeia
Cho'Gath
Cho'Gath is extremely dangerous to lane against. If you're going against a Cho'Gath, take advantage of his weak early game. He's extremely tanky and his AP build still allows him massive damage output along with tankiness from his ultimate. Request ganks and shut him down early.
Diana
Diana, post-6 will absolutely destroy you. If you try to go in on her she'll just use her Q-Ult-W-E combo and do massive damage to you, then either Ult you again to kill you or Ult out. Before she hits level 6, there's not that much you can do against her because of her E-W-Q combo. At level 2 or 3, if you can get it, ask for an early gank or try to kill her early.
Ekko
It's kind of a skill matchup, but in your favor pre-6. He can't do much against your engage and can't really do enough damage to scare you off pre-6, so go in for the early engages and destroy him.
Fizz
Fizz is not an easy champion to go against. Pre-6, he has his E and Q for amazing mobility and for dodging your spears. When he hits 6, you probably won't have Zhonya's so if he lands his ult on you, you can say goodbye to living. Play safe, and when he's used his ult and E, you can make decent trades.
Heimerdinger
Heimerdinger is very hard to play against, because if he sets up his turrets faster than you can take them down, he'll win lane. You'll probably end up either missing spears or, when you engage on him, he'll just combo you with his turrets so that you lose the trade. Delete his turrets as much as you can and ask for ganks.
Karthus
Karthus is probably going to be your favorite match-up. There's absolutely nothing he can do to stop you. Dodge his Q's and go all-in when you land a spear. He's really squishy so he'll die fast.
Kassadin
Skill match-up
Katarina
Katarina can harass you pretty decently pre-6. You should make your engages at level 3 or 4, because she's actually pretty squishy at that point. Level 6 and onwards you don't want to engage on her unless you have a jungler with any form of hard CC (stuns, knock-ups, pulls).
