Introduction

Miss Fortune damage output is very high due to her W spell and ultimate.She also have good health as for carry.She has aggressive play style due to passive,Q and E.

Runes

Miss Fortune don't have mana problems. Armor penetration marks,attack speed glyphs and seals are the best choise for carry. Health Quintessences helps at laning phase very well.

Greater Mark of Desolation: Very useful for build one, since it lacks armor penetration. You could use these, or just flat attack damage, but these are better for late game.
Greater Seal of Replenishment: Miss Fortune is very mana hungry early game. These help you in the laning phase and allow you to harass more freely.
Greater Glyph of Warding: Helps against those annoying casters you might have to fight mid. Can be used instead of attack speed.
Greater Glyph of Alacrity: Nice for early game DPS. But falls off late game. Extra magic resist is definitely more useful.
Greater Quintessence of Desolation: This, with Greater Mark of Desolation, and Sunder will let you start off with about 30 armor penetration.
Greater Quintessence of Fortitude: Nice for the extra tankiness early game, but the armor pen is better for late game.

Items

Starting Items:
I always start with Doran's Blade. It gives all that need carry: health, damage, lifesteal.


Core Items:
Berserkers are good for carries. With Impure Shots it gives us great attack speed so we don't need it till the late game. 3 Doran's blades gives us high damage lifesteal and health.


Mid-late game:
As I said before Impure Shots, Berserker's Greaves and runes gives us good attack speed so we need some more damage. Bloodthirster is great choice because it gives us more damage and survivability. Infinity edge costs much, but gives us very much damage and critical chance and damage. After that you will have tons of damage, lifesteal and good attackspeed. You need to sell your first Doran's blade and buy Stark's Fervor. It gives more attack speed and survivability. When you sell your second Doran's blade you have choice: If game is not very good you can buy Frozen Mallet. It gives better survivability, slows your opponent and some damage. If you are playing vs many tanks or tanky DPS you can buy Last Whisper or Black Clever. If you want more critical you should buy Phantom Dancer. After you have sold your last Doran's blade you need to buy banshee's Veil. If the game is bad you should buy Banshee's Veil when you sold your second Doran's blade.

Skill Sequence

Top priority is Double up for maximum damage and harassment in laning phase. Get 1 point in Make It Rain early for reducing your opponent's speed. After Double up, max Impure shots for pushing, higher damage output with basic attacks. Get ultimate whenever you can.

Summoner Spells

As carry you will go mid or solo top. With Ghost and Flash you won't be afraid of ganks. If you want to pick some early kills you can pick Ignite or Exhaust instead of Flash.

Creeping / Jungling

You can jungle when you have your bloodthirster. Kill lizard whenever you can. Red buff with Make it Rain and good teammates gives a successful gank. Blue buff is also good but I think it more needed to the mages like Anivia, Ryze, Veigar etc.

Team Work

When the teamfight starts, you should use Make It Rain, go back a little and use your ultimate. Try to hit as many enemies as you can. After use Impure Shots and hit enemy carry with basic attacks. If teamfight was unsuccessful use your Ghost and Make It Rain to run from your enemies. Good if your teammates picked Amumu or Galio. With they you will win teamfights most of the times.
