Hi guys! This is my first build for Mobafire! If you like, please like the build and post a comment below ;) Now let's see the build and talk a little more about it.
This build is about Miss Fortune. She is a stupendous champion, easy too play, great farmer, etc... Here e will discuss her ability order, runes, masteries, Items... I hope you like this build and rate of course :)
A great ability that deals extra damage if you hit something first
Her Impure Shots is a mini ignite, only reduces healing effects and gives attack speed
Her Impure Shots are perfect to last hit with the sweet extra magic damage and to defeat champions
Her Strut is very good to come back to lane very quickly
Her Bullet Time deals CRAZY amounts of damage!!!
Low health (squishy)
She spends a lot of mana early and mid game
A bit fragile against burst assassins
Her passive Strut is easy to disable (damage or crowd control)
Her ultimate Bullet Time need's to be properly positioned and is quite easy too dodge
Here I will talk about the items and the options.
You start with this item just because is great on any AD ranged, gives health and gives a bit of damage and lifesteal. This is a great item to get in the start, it's better than buying other items.
I LOVE this item in all carry's and AD's, just because the attack speed and, of course, the movement speed. I don't like Mercury's Treads very much because I only use this item in tanks and if you are caught in CC, with your speed you can escape or if is only one try to fight.
OH MY GOD!! THE LEGENDARY ITEM!! THE DESTROYER!! It's true. This item is, not only GOD LIKE, but also... well, look to the passive. UNIQUE Passive: +50% critical strike damage. If you look with attention you will repair that say's "critical strike DAMAGE", that mean's that your critical hits now do 250% of critical damage and not anymore 200% of critical damage! A really good item.
This item is very good because it gives: 55% Attack Speed, 30% Critical Strike Chance, 15% Movement Speed Multiplier. This item it's so GOD LIKE with the Infinity Edge because that is the item that gives more Critical Strike Chance, Attack Speed and Movement Speed Multiplier. The Infinity Edge benefits a lot of Phantom Dancer, not only for the Attack Speed to attack faster and do more hits, but also benefits from the Critical Chance and the Movement Speed Multiplier.
OH MY GOD!! ANOTHER LEGENDARY ITEM!!! It's true again. This item not only give lifesteal and physical damage, but also has a passive: Passive: Gain an additional 1 Physical Damage and 0.2% Lifesteal per kill. Maximum of +40 Damage and 8% Lifesteal. Bonuses are halved upon death. Is very good, but is only because of the high percentage of lifesteal, nothing special, but is worth it. Another thing is that you only lose half of the bonus upon death. It's better than the older patch, because formerly you lose all of the bonus.
I buy this item because the huge health that gives and the lovely passive: UNIQUE Passive: Physical attacks reduce your target's Movement Speed by 40% for 2.5 seconds (30% for ranged attacks). It's :( that it's only 30% slow but still worth it ;)
I only buy this item only for fill the inventory :P. Just kidding. It gives a lot of physical damage and Attack Speed. And the passive: UNIQUE Passive: Physical attacks reduce your target's Armor by 15 for 5 seconds, (maximum 3 stacks). It's really good for that annoying Olaf.
This item is if you are like me, that don't like Mercury's Treads buy this item if the other team has A LOT of CC. I recommend change this item with the Phantom Dancer.
If you are crazy enough to buy this item, then buy. This item gives a bit of every thing. I recommend change this item with the Berserker's Greaves.
If the another team have Olaf, Garen, Dr. Mundo, this item is perfect to them. I recommend change this item with the The Black Cleaver.
This item is very useful if your team is basically Carry's and AD's. I recommend change this item with the The Black Cleaver or with the Phantom Dancer.
If you have accounts for adjusting with the enemy Kassadin is better to go with this item. Look to the passive: UNIQUE Passive: +1 Attack Damage for every 2.5% health missing. If you would take magic damage which would leave you at less than 30% of your maximum health, you gain a shield which absorbs 400 magic damage for 5 seconds. 60 second cooldown. Very good if you always have low health. I recommend change with the The Black Cleaver.
I don't recommend this item for Miss Fortune. If you have problems with the enemy tank like Dr. Mundo you don't need to buy this item. Buy Madred's Bloodrazor instead. It's better than Executioner's Calling.
This is what i think how the items of Miss Fortune must be: the order, the types, etc... Now let's see the Masteries ;)
Now let's talk a little more of Miss Fortune masteries. I think this are the best masteries that she may have.
In this section, I don't need to talk much about the masteries. Go straight into the Offensive Tree in the AD, 1 point in Summoner's Resolve and in the Utility Treed, it's only the Good Hands to reduce the time spent dead, and the extra movement speed.
Now let's talk about the runes. I like this runes in Miss Fortune just because of the extra bar of health, the magic resist and, of course, the extra damage. I prefer flat just because of the early, because in the late game I will have a lot of damage. Now let's see the runes.
Greater Mark of Attack Damage
Greater Seal of Mana Regeneration
Greater Glyph of Magic Resist
Greater Quintessence of Health
I chose the Greater Mark of Attack Damage for the attack damage. I don't go to attack damage per level just because you will have a lot of physical damage in the late game. Mana regen. in Seals if you are a little mana spender (don't look at me!! I spare my mana). Magic resist in Glyphs, because of this: Kassadin, Annie, Malzahar, Xerath, etc... Finally last but not least the Greater Quintessence of Health, and I chose this rune because that extra bar of health that let you sustain in lane in early game. This are my thoughts about Miss Fortune runes ;)
Break Time: Strategy
Let's take a break and talk more about Miss Fortune. She is very good at harassing against melee champions or ranged if they aren't burst assassins, very good at farm and great damage. Now let's talk MORE about her. In the next chapter's I will talk about her strategy and other, boring, things. Just kidding :P
How farm with Miss Fortune? Good question.
When you go to lane in level 1, you need to farm, but at the same time you need to harass. If you are playing against Garen or Dr. Mundo it's hard to harass while they regen health. It's better to almost don't harass them and focus in farm minions. Of course you can jungling (what I am saying?), but would not go well. At closer range in towers at low levels it's very simple:
Caster minions: Do 1 hit before the tower and hit again after the tower;
Melee minions: Do 1 hit before the tower and hit again after the tower gave 2 hits.
More farming? Well you must keep in mind your Impure Shots that gives you a considerable amount of damage that accumulates, and so you need to cont your damage with the damage of Impure Shots, or you will lose many minions but you also get many minions. That is 1 of the cons of Miss Fortune. And:Here's a tip, and a spear behind it! I recommend to you to go to mid lane. It's better then your team's mage go mid just because you need more then them. And you are a carry and you give way more damage to the tower then mages. Convince your allies to let you go mid. Then you can farm better, only 1 champion to harass you (the best part is that Miss Fortune is very good against Vladimir because of Impure Shots that will reduce his healing, but I'm not saying to you to active Impure Shots every time you want to harass him. Only when you will burst him), you count with yourself and you are not affected by the mistakes of the others and mid lane is the most close of the fountain, that means you can return to the lane pretty quickly and finally the other mid champion is mage and that means they need mana to cast and they are squishy. I'm done. In the summer of 2012 I will post a replay of MY STRATEGY WITH her. Please be patient ;)
Let's see her abilities.
I love this ability! Not that I go marry her, of course not :P Strut it's very good for several reasons. First you are the first to reach the lane. Second you can back at any time because you can back to lane very quickly (if you have Boots of Speed you will have 423 of movement speed! You can back to your lane at any time at the speed of the light). Third is that with your Strut it's easy to escape for the bursts or harass, it's just staying running. Fourth it's easier to you to farm with because you can reach the minions with no problems and move away to avoid harass. And this is only her passive!!
This ablility is awesome and let's see why... Miss Fortune fires a shot at an enemy target, dealing 25 / 60 / 95 / 130 / 165 (+0.75 per attack damage) physical damage and 120% of that damage to another enemy target behind the first. Both hits apply on-hit effects. The enemy champion will supplicate for mercy!! You will deal a lot of damage early game but spend the ability only until you reach half of your mana, or else... Great tool to farm minions as well, applies One-hit Effects (I love you lifesteal ;), what means that you will apply your Impure Shots passive (so lovely). You will only use this in early and mid game. In late game is not very useful. That is all.
This ability is so good, not only for this: Passive: Miss Fortune deals 6 / 8 / 10 / 12 / 14 (+5% of ability power) magic damage to her target with each attack, cumulatively stacking up to 4 times on the same target if no more than 5 seconds pass between each hit. This is very good when accumulated because in rank 5, in full stack, deals more damage than a B. F. Sword, what that means is that you will do a considerable amount of damage in full stack. Now this: Active: Miss Fortune's attack speed is increased by 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50 % for 6 seconds and causes her attacks to lower healing received and health regeneration by the target by 50% for 3 seconds. The other tank will call you so many names that you need to ignore him! It gives plenty of attack speed and reduces 50% of healing. Yes, the other carry's, tanks or assassins will be very angry (not hungry; some times I am but I prefer playing) with their lifesteal and spell vamp greatly reduced. Use it when attacking towers.
Sorry but I will sing: It's raining man! Aleluia it's raining men! I'm drunk? Of course not. Let's see more things before I freak out. I almost hate this ability just because it scale with AP, it's easy to dodge and do not give so much damage. That it's why I max it in last. If you want so much to max it, don´t max! It's a wast of points, it's better to put in Q or W but not in E please every thing except that!
I LOVE THIS ABILITY! IT'S THE GOD OF GODS!! This ability rocks everything. Imagine this: Your tower is under attack, your team mates are dead, the other team is all group to destroy the tower. Now you active your ultimate and aim it for the tower than BOOOOM! Everything disappears: The minions and the champions! Just awesome.
This are all of Miss Fortune abilities. In general, they are very good for a AD carry, except for the E :P
They match very well with CC from your Shen, always try to go with a tank/support/ Blitzcrank or else! So this is HER abilities ;)
Still not noticed that everything is out of order? That is because I'm writing everything as I remember! It's hard to make a long guide, but I will do it! I'm determinate to do it! Let's see the Spells before I dfasdfasdzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz:
I prefer this ability just because when I was "noob" I only used Ghost and Heal. It was the only way for me to survive. This ability gives 35% of speed for 10 seconds and, because of this, it is my favorite ;)
I chose this ability because I like it in AD carry's. It gives health to sustain and a ranged carry has the vantage of: range, range, range, squishy. Alternatively, you can chose Exhaust instead.
You chose this ability because Miss Fortune is squishy and, as I don't like Mercury's Treads I often, consider using this ability.
A great ability: Exhausts target champion, reducing their Movement Speed by 40%, attack damage dealt by 70%, and ability and item damage dealt by 35% for 2.5 seconds. It slows and reduces all of the upcoming damage of that target. Very good and very cool. Good for that Fiora.
A very good tool and ability because: Teleports your champion toward your cursor's location. Very good because it can pass walls, champions or even to get more distance between you and the chaser. Very good to position you to use Bullet Time.
Sorry for this but: I don't really like this ability. I can't use her properly, I forget to use, and it's terrible when I use it IN MINIONS! Don't think bad of me for because of that. But without it it's a very good ability to chase, kill and to negate healing like for that Dr. Mundo. A very cool ability.
The list is very big! I don't want very much to say everything but here I go:
Are you a support? I guess not. Therefore you don't need this.
You don't need this! If you don't waste your Double Up to much, your mana is always prepared to cast.
In Dominion, you use the same abilities, do not chose this. Does not worth it.
As I said, you are not a support, therefore you don't need this to push; you are the pusher.
Are you kidding me? This has a longer cooldown than when I'm eating! And revives you? Yes but in every 9 minutes. Don't worth it.
Are you a jungler? Never. Don't chose this.´
You don't need this. Yes it's good with Impure Shots, but you already gain attack speed with it. Don't waste a Summoner Spell for this.
You are super fast. You don't need. Only need your passive.
Team work is very important. The next game example is important:
You go bot lane with a support. Try to go with Shen because he has that lovely heal and taunt. Next, the 2 try to get first blood with Vorpal Blade and your physical damage of course. Fail or succeed, it's not very important because next Shen will Vorpal Blade many minions and you will regenerate amounts and amounts of health! Then your partner try to taunt enemy champions to both get a kill and a assist (You get the kill and him the assist). Then you destroy the tower, go gank, destroy more and win the game.
In a team fight, you will stand in the top of the team fight and use Bullet Time to hit everyone and give amounts of damage. Then you will attack who has low health or the main dealers (Mages and AD ranged) to ensure the elimination of their damage and then you will help kill their tanks.
