Miss Fortune - All about the booty

Thank you for taking time to look over my build. Please note that I'm not trying to tell you how to play M.F. but just what has worked best for me. Feel free to comment, I would be happy with some feedback.

Mastery Tree

I've noticed that M.F. goes through mana like it's going out of style. The Utility tree will help your mana/mp5/speed. It helps early game because you get your boots after the Manamune. Also I've taken magic pen because three of your four abilities need it.

Runes

As fare as runes go, it's pretty easy. Armor pen and Mp5. Late game with your masteries and runes you will not need to worry about mana at all. As far as early game, this makes all the difference in the world. You can stay in lanes longer and not worry about your mana, at least not as much as I did without them. And the armor pen, well, your AD, you need it!!!!! :p

Summoner Spells

Ignite and Flash

Pretty easy on this one here too, ignite will finish off those tough to get heroes, and Flash will get you into, or out of those sticky spots you get your self into.

Skills

Please note, this works best for me, your skills are all ways dependent on situations such as (solo lane/what heroes your facing ect...)

(Passive) Strut
Miss Fortune gains an additional 25 movement speed after falling out of combat for 7 or more seconds, increasing each second up to 80 maximum bonus speed.

(Q) Double Up
Mana: 70/75/80/85/90
Cooldown: 9/8/7/6/5
Miss Fortune fires a shot at an enemy target, dealing 35/70/105/140/175 (+75% of her attack damage) as physical damage and 120% of that damage to another enemy target behind the first.

(W) Impure Shots
Mana: 50
Cooldown: 16
Passive: Increases Miss Fortune's damage on her target by 6/8/10/12/14 (+0.04 AP) with each attack, cumulatively stacking up to 4 times.
Active: Miss Fortune's attack speed is increased by 30/35/40/45/50% for 6 seconds and causes her attacks to lower healing received by the target by 50%.

(E) Make It Rain
Mana: 80/85/90/95/100
Cooldown: 15
Miss Fortune fires hundreds of bullets into the air which rain down at a location after 0.5 seconds, dealing 95/155/215/275/335 (+ 0.33 AP) magic damage over 2 seconds and slowing enemies hit by 20/25/30/35/40% for 1.5 seconds.

(R) Bullet Time
Mana: 120/135/150
Cooldown: 120/110/100
Miss Fortune channels a barrage of bullets into a cone in front of her for 2 seconds, dealing 45/70/95 plus the higher value between (0.25 AP) or (0.45 damage from items) magic damage per bullet, hitting up to 8 times to each target.

I choose to keep Double up and Make it Rain close in skill level because by level 8 you should be clearing a whole group of minions just with 1 Make it Rain. The Double Up is great for harassing and pushing heroes back. A lot of people like to get Impure Shots maxed out sooner, but by the time your getting your items and gearing up, it's mid late game before you get some attack speed and damage going. Again, for me it just makes pushing a lane super fast and easy.

Items

Late game items are all situational. In a normal game(if there is suck a thing) this is the item build i like to take. I go with Manaune first because well, it's incredible! It's super cheap for what it is. Next is boots of course. I like to grab Berserker's because that puts me at three items with attack speed on them. For the third item, I grab Phage, then topped off with Mallet. Great for HP and slowing the enemy as to not let them get away. I noticed my damage going down a bit mid game, so I decided to go with Last Whisper. It gives some added damage and armor pen that's much needed from here on out. At this point in the game I find myself grouping up with the team to push or gank. Stark's Fervor is a great group item and your team will love you for it. If the game lasts this long then pick up Infinity Edge. It's a game ender, as it is on most toons.

Potions

**** VERY IMPORTANT ***
Make sure to grab a pot every time you come back for items..... I know some times just grabbing health or mana is important, but if you can, your 1st slot open and bind a key to it so just as you go into battle you can use it to give you that added boost. For the price, it's beats any item out there for the buff it gives you. I like to use Elixir of Agility.

Well thanks much for reading, go easy on me, it's my first post. Good luck and best wishes on your new bounty hunter Miss Fortune!
