Yo guys, Wutlol here.

This is my build for miss fortune.

Summoner Spells:

I like to go with ghost and flash for the simple reasons, if you are getting ganked, you can escape nice and easily, and the other way around, finishing of enemies is so much easier with these spells imo.
I have considered going with ignite aswell, but you should be able to pull off alot of KB's without ignite.

Playstyle
Always remember Miss Fortune is an insane harraser!

Early game:
Most of the time, you should try getting a solo lane, unless someone like Karthus is on your team. The strategy i use early game is getting as much damage as i can on the opposing hero, without taking too much myself. For example, if you can get a Make it Rain ontop of every enemy minion, and the other hero, he will keep loosing health, and when you have enough mana to pull of a KB, it shouldnt be a problem.

Mid game:
By this point you should have atleast manamune, and probably Last Whisper aswell, depends on how your early game went with harassing the opposite hero. At this point you want to keep pushing and harassing, but also run to the other lane if they need help with a gank, if you can pull off another KB you will be closer to your next item :)

Late game:
You should have Bloodthirster and Infinity now aswell, and start building up your Phantom Dancer. When you have every item, you should start getting the elixirs, you can also get those faster that depends on your playstyle i suppose. Main goal now is to be a pain in the *** when going into teamfights, run in and rain, use a double up, and make sure you wont get hit. Key is to make as much free space for your teammates as possible.

Items:
I like to start with the meki and 2 potions, it makes you able to stay on the lane much longer, keep the meki untill you have money for Berserkes Greaves and Tear of the Godess.
Next item on the list is Manamune, i like this item becuase of its passive effects, it gives you mana everytime you shoot or use a spell, also it increases your attack damage by 1.5% of your maximum mana.
Last Whisper and Bloodthirster, these items i specially like for Miss Fortune, they make her able to stay alive (Life Steal), and makes her able to kill tanks smooth. If the enemy team doesnt have one of those hard armored tanks, you might want to get Bloodthirster and then Last Whisper.
I like Infinity because it gives you 80 attack damage, and these 80 damage affect your Double Up which is alot of your late game damage (imo). Also it gives you 250% crit damage instead of 200%, noone can disslike more crit damage.
Last item is Phantom Dancer, this item gives you a whole lot of movespeed, combined with Strut, you can move across the map with very high speeds. Also gives you more attack speed and crit. :)
