For those who brave the harsh seas of Runeterra, attaining one's own ship and crew is the pinnacle of success. Sarah Fortune, a well-respected (some would say legendary) bounty hunter from Bilgewater, was able to achieve this feat just after her sixteenth birthday, etching out her name as the go-to gal for resolving special troubles. No bounty was too difficult or too dangerous for her feminine charm and her renowned use of her twin pistols, ''Shock and Awe''. Her success gave her the means to legitimately purchase her own ship... with a little flirtatious haggling, of course. Things weren't always so fortunate for Miss Fortune, though. When she was young, trade ships began to dot the horizon of her quiet home in the northern shores of Blue Flame Island's largest chunk. Trade routes brought piracy, and the inhabitants soon found themselves caught in a frenzy of pillage.

One day, young Sarah returned home to hear gunshots and screaming. Her front door was smashed open; inside, she saw her mother lying in a pool of blood. A sudden blow to her head made her collapse next to her slain mother. The last thing she could remember were her attacker's red eyes, as his face was blocked by a rogue's bandana. Miss Fortune has a strong distrust for pirates and she finds herself constantly bickering with the infamous Gangplank (the only captain to resist her charms) over the direction of Bilgewater politics. Her two goals: to unite the people of Bilgewater, making them into a strong and independent society, and to find the pirate who killed her mother. To that end, she has entered the League of Legends as a champion, trading her skills for the wealth and influence that will help her accomplish both.

Marks and Quintessences: I recommend you to use Armor penetration as Marks and quitessences, because in the early game, you will destroy any one's armor, and its easy to get kills without even using abilities.

Seals and Glyphs: I recommend you to use Mana per 5 sec as seals and glyphs, because in the early game, you will need alot of mana because "Double up" and "make it rain " will cost you a lot.

With these runes, you can get a lot of kills in the early, and that will give you a great head start.

Playing miss fortune as DPS needs attack speed and attack damage, this is why i recommend you to have 25 points in offense, and you can put these other 5 points in the place that you like, but i recommend you to put 4 points in defense (3 on armor and 1 in MR) so you can stand in front of melees in the early game, and 1 point in the recall so it helps you recall faster.

-Ultimate that's really good in team fights
-Can lane anywhere

Cons:
-Low health
-Difficult to use the ultimate without a team fight
-Could get ganked easily

Every Player has his different skill sequence, but i recommend you to start with Double up, because you could harass easily if some1 is hiding behind minions, you can make the second hit, damage the champions, and it will hit more damage.
Then you should open up each ability, and use "make it rain" to farm and to slow the opponent champions, and use "Impure shots" so you can get increased attack speed.
I recommend you to max up "Double up" at the beginning because it makes a lot of damage. Then max "Impure shots " so you have increased attack speed, and the end max up "make it rain" because it doesn't make a lot of difference when you max it . And of course max up "bullet time" when it's available.

The passive of miss fortune makes her really fast, it's better in this game if you power up the things you are powerfull at, so i recommend you to get ghost as a summoner spell because it will really help you catch up opponent champions and run away from them.
Sometimes you will catch up enemies but you won't get the time for killing them, so i recommend you to get exhaust as another summoner spell because you can slow any one who is running from you and kill him easily and you can also use it in the early game so their attack damage is 70% less damage
Ghost + Exhaust = AWESOME (MORE AWESOME CAUSE OF THE NEW MASTERIES)
Sometimes at the end of the game, enemies will focus you because of being legendary, so its better to have flash instead of ghost because it will help alot, run away when they focus you.
Try ghost and then flash, and tell me your opinion :D
Sometimes if you're in a ranked game, you might need to have ghost and flash, because they will focus from the early, so you'll need these escape spells.

Finally the most important thing in this guide is what items you should get...
I'd like to start off with a Doran's blade, because it will help you getting kills in the early games because of it's life steal, and attack damage. Then you should buy the berserker's greaves because Miss Fortune is a DPS champion so you'll need attack speed. I think that there is no other shoes you could buy with miss fortune if you're playing DPS mode. Then, you should buy my favorite item : Phantom Dancer. I think it's one of the best items in the game, it gives you a great percentage of critical chance, attack speed and movement speed. I think you really got to buy this item, because it's what miss fortune needs. Then i like to buy the vampire scepter because you will notice that you need some life steal because of your increased attack speed so it helps you to get kills in the mid game. Then you should upgrade your vampire scepter into a blood thirster but after buying the infinity edge that will give attack damage and critical chance, and it will help you get kills in the late game. I think you should upgrade your vampire scepter because Miss Fortune is a great farmer so you will get the extra attack damage and the extra life steal easily in a really fast way.
You should end up buying the frozen mallet because it will make miss fortune much stronger, she won't die easily and you it will be very very easy to chase up enemies because of frozen mallet's unique passive. (Every hit slows 30% of their movement speed).
Every one will notice that you are dominating the game, so they will get some defense items, so you'll buy last whisper so you can penetrate the defense of the opponent champions.
