This is not a Holy **** damage build at all, but you will still be able to output a lot, but w/ survivability.

Exhaust - Very useful overall, especially for a fleeing enemy you want to ult.
Teleport - Kinda required for full effectiveness.

Quick Rundown
Early Game:
Grab Doran's Blade, take mid. You will run into some mana problems if you spam skills. Try and focus as hard as you can on Last hits, they are extremely important obviously. When you have an opportunity AND 870 Gold you want to recall and pick up 2 more Doran's Blade bringing your total to 3. If possible hold out to grab a 
Meki Pendant as well as this will help you with mana issues.
Mid Game:
Hopefully by now you should have:
Doran's Bladex3 Manamune Boots of Speed and Frozen Mallet
When you can afford a 
B. F. Sword Sell off one of your Doran's Blade, then fully upgrade to The Black Cleaver. If your lane mates fed a bit you should be ok because your HP would be damn close to 3000 allowing you to take quite a beating from most champs while putting out very nice damage output.
Late Game:
Sell Doran's Blade for 
Vampiric Scepter, then sell last Doran's Blade for B. F. Sword, make The Bloodthirster. You now have 1 spot left for Consumables or start working on your Infinity Edge if by some weird reason the game is not yet over.
