The runes are your standard runes, AD quints and reds, armor yellows, MR blues.
Quints and reds are normal. Can do health instead of armor yellows if you want, blues can be scaling MR if you want
Warlord is a noob trap, 5% bonus AD is literally like 4 AD from a BT. Dangerous game is for dives, spell weaving is important for kha. Take the reduced damage from champs in def for the reduced damage during ganks.
Khazix is a little like Lee in that his early game damage falls off a little bit and he mostly becomes about poking with W and popping veils. Still, you usually want the three damage items at some point during the game. Oftentimes you'll find yourself going EL -> brut -> hexdrinker as your first three items. Always finish off your LW before your cleaver unless we're running an all AD comp (we wont)

Evo is the important part in this section though, so let's talk about that.
Q evo is what makes Kha a damage threat. When someone is isolated and your Q is evo'd, it's impossible to lose duels if you have even items. However the iso nerfs made this a lot more difficult, and Q is basically only evolved (and evolved last) because R is terrible
W evo is why Kha stays relevant when everyone gets Banshees Veils. Your W has a ton of area of effect and can pop up to 3 veils at once. It costs very little mana, so when we're sieging turrets your job is to spam it to pop veils, poke em down a bit, and kill creep waves. Also comes with the fancy 50% slow and reveal, which lets Kha chase people down or peel for the carries. Evolve this first if you want mildly faster (read: not at all) clear speed, and strong ganks.
E evo is why Kha is actually good in teamfights and ganks. The resets are really nice, and let to keep jumping around to the different carries. Evolve this first for really strong ganks, as long as you're comfortable hitting your W with only one projectile.
Don't ever evolve R.
tldr: W/E -> W/E -> Q
Keep in mind that your ult resets your passive, which is a huge part of your damage.
Flash smite, standard stuff.
Keep in mind that your QW does a ton of damage to creeps. Couple it with smite at level 18 and you can take execute dragon/baron from ~1800 HP. No one other than Lee can outsmite Kha as long as you don't mess it up.
Use your W to pop banshees. Your resets mean that it doesn't really matter if you peel for the carries, because you'll be able to jump into their carries once you kill the people diving our carries.
