lolol Let them target the tank. You have Flash, Bandage Toss, Shurelya's, and Mobility - you should definitely be in their faces within a couple seconds, especially if they're hitting you instead of running. If they keep hitting you, you win the fight because they targetted the tank. If this isn't the case, getting Ninja Tabi or Merc's Treads probably wouldn't make a difference anyway.

The only real problem, which you didn't mention, is CC. Stuns and silences are what really screw Amumu over. It's in games like that where I'd consider trading in Mobility for Merc's, but I really hate having to do it.

People are probably going to do some kind of damage to you when you run for them, making your boots nearly useless. Just sayin
