I'll test it out a bit without Averice Blade and see if i like it, thanks. I originally did this build as a troll a few weeks ago but it worked out, so i've been pretty happy with it.

You only reach 2 gold per second with your 4 GP10 items. In addition, the 750 gold you use to buy avarice blade is money best spent elsewhere (into your early FoN, or part of a catalyst), but apart from that the item build looks pretty good.
