That is true about range of DFG, similar to range of Lich Bane. Tear I feel, is a fine pick up for seraph's for some defense due to your lack of escape mechanisms and your ability to fill it very quickly and easily.

That been said, I would not build Archangel's Staff until tear is stacked. Rylais, or possibly, Deathcap before it might be a good idea.

I find tear and dfg to be nonsensical. You are not a duelist. Dfg is borderline useless on cass

What do you think about Talon as Cassiopeia's opponent?

Talon can be dangerous for Cassiopeia, but I find that that is mainly the case in 1v1 situations. If you keep your distance from him, and either use your own CC or have an ally to CC, he is easy to burst down. Early game you should be very weary of his Rake ability, but a Talon who spams Rake too much will leave himself out of mana, and open to your harassment. Punish an early-game Talon for overextending, but play safe around him, especially alone. I don't have an incredibly significant exposure to playing against him, but that is what mindset I would have going into a game against a Talon.

You should mention situational items, like if you're losing or being fed. Also, I know Haunting Guise provides magic penetration but consider Void Staff as another option.
Besides that, really nice guide ^_^

Actually, I stick very closely to the guide I write here in most scenarios--The last item is usually the only one I adjust, although I may change the order of the items I get. I do intend to write a situational guide for special situations, although I usually find that that is less a matter of item builds and more of a matter of changing your playstyle, or sometimes changing the skill build. (Rarely the latter)

Thank you all for your feedback so far, I'm glad my guide is well received so far, although I intend to keep refining it!

This seems like a solid start. You should just expand on it and make it bigger and add more chapters with useful info.
I really liked your Final stats chapter. More build should have that because the stats mobafire gives aren't always correct. Those don't take the passives of champs and/or items into consideration.

I agree with JAYZORZ about Lich Bane. When i play Cassiopeia I'm to busy with spamming Twin Fang to autoattack :P

Expand this a bit more and it might become one of the higher rated guides.

Thank you for your feedback, I haven't often played with the Lich Bane on Cassiopeia, so I can easily adjust the build accordingly.

Good build, emphasis on kiting. My only concern is the Lich Bane; its counter-intuitive of the playstyle you suggest Cassiopeia adopts. I'd love to see the alternatives as a more common/bigger section you add, because those items, I feel, would suit it better.

Zhonya's Hourglass, Abyssal Mask/ Void Staff and even Banshee's Veil (goes well with Seraph's) would make you a touch more durable, but sacrifice your lich bane proc, which may not even be used.

Also, I'd suggest turning on "Force Comment' so that people have to comment if they vote the guide. Perhaps also padding it out to make it longer/more versatile would be advisable.
