good mastery and rune set up, confused with all the mag resist when morde primarily harrasses dps/melee tanks... also your late on your mace of spades, even if you dont want to start stacking it till late game, it should still have at least one point due to the fact he can spam and q-w-e combo to initially startle the opponent...A key component with making builds is to play with a method or gameplay which you havent created, if this was placed in, it could turn to a high-end build for sure (mostly 5v5 oriented)... Do you have the new patch in mind when creating this build? All of his abilities got changed (mostly positive) but some negative aspects with his ult.
