E and W are Mordekaiser's best spells, seriously. Q is a waste of health until later into the game, and a waste of skill point until you have nothing else to level up. However, it can synergize with Lich Bane, if you ever thought about getting that item.

if you are going to play TT you are not going to need so much defense i would change your masteries and the early crystal scepter, flat health runes arent the best choice for morde and you can also change your glyphs into cd reduction something your build lacks

Fairly good guide. Not quite tanky enough early, and you didn't get Creeping Death :O, but good items. I do pretty much the same when I play him on TT. Also, I agree that there are very few guides just for TT. The only other one I've seen is Master Yi: The 3v3 Shredder. I like the guide though. Nice job.
Edit: Why did you go up the defense tree?

I went defensive tree because of the extra health and a little boost in defense to make me slightly more tanky. I went with runes that gave me more hp and mr so that I wouldn't be so squishy. It allows me to go for full ap without having to worry about getting hit too much. Plus I just felt I didn't get much out of the Utility tree and the offensive tree doesn't help much other than the 15% magic penetration.

I'll admit the beginning is a bit squishy but the shield makes last hitting really bad and doesn't deal as much damage to single targets as the mace does. That's why I level up mace first. You could get shield at level 4, but I prefer the mace. In my build I don't spam the abilities in early game. This is because most harassers have cool downs as well and you only need your abilities to either build a shield before damage or to last hit a few/distant minions. Sure the shield gives some aoe damage and the defense buff is nice. I normally take a defensive game play in the beginning where you don't spam abilities but focus on last hitting minions.
Another issue I have with creeping death is the short ability range, meaning you must stand in the middle of the enemy creep wave. Any good harasser will burst you down and you wont be doing much damage early game anyway. With mace, you hit an overextended minion and hit a few near by ones. This is how I play mordekaiser, if you prefer the creeping death, then use it. Also doran's shield gives extra health, and regen pendant gives only health regen, no hp and no armor. Sometimes I replace doran's with mr if i get a mage team. If you spam your abilities, you wont have any health and I normally have pots anyway.
Snukkeh, early game is last hitting not autohitting. You have siphon of destruction to last it the ones that are far away. Minions naturally auto attack the front line, requiring the enemy to come within minion agro and close enough for you to siphon them. And if you read the guide, I mentioned that you should have plenty of health potions.

It cant happen with a doran's shield.
Unless you wanna autohit the mobs, getting harassed to death.
I dont see any other possibility using the small amount of lifesteal to recover health.

You recommend people getting Q skill ( Mace of Spades ) second ability, and you say you dont like Creeping death...
First of all, your creeping death can be cast on yourself, minions and teammates. ( Note that you can cast it on a minion, run away and STILL get your shield charged up ). Works fine especially on the cannon minion.
Second, it will do major damage, way more then Mace of spades does, single or multi target.
Then, you are not going for tankitems, so why wanna make people get close to minions @ lvl 2 while they are a snack for early harass ?
Your abilities cost health, spamming them = win. That is not gonna happen with a doran's shield.
That will only happen with a regrowth pendant.
Beyond lvl 6 the guide is pretty ok, but for the start you are more squishy then ever.

It can happen with a Doran's shield. =P

But the rest I agree with. I didn't like the skill order.
