Gives you much much more damage.
You shouldn't take regeneration runes at all better get health per level yellows since you get force of nature anyway. For quints i would recommend movement speed, magic pen or flat health.
Warmogs is currently the worst Health for gold you can get better swap it with something else. Rilays works better than frozen mallet in my opinion you still get health and do much more damage with your abilities AND your shield regs faster thus you are even more tanky.
I totally agree with your skill order tho :)
Also mordekaiser can only tank in very low ELO because if you go tank you do almost no damage and no one will focus you remember that.
