This build is about a morderkaiser tanker and dps. As he gains shield with his abilytes he will tank easy without lose so much hp.
At the start his problem will be HP thats the why i recomend HP regen.
Soling for him is a good choise becase he can really easy kill creeps and has a great lane control even against Ranged champions.

For Hight MR
If you like armor and MR and ressing ^^
For enemys AD
If your are secury that you wont die do it at the start

Recommended:
Flash for turning in or turning out of combat
Cleanse for you know, get out of slow, stun, blins, sleep .....
Ignite kill with your ultimate
Ghost RUN DUDE!!

Dont take without knowing what you are doing:
Teleport have to know how to use!
Clairvoyance have to know how to use!
Heal no really good for 5x5
Rally who takes this?
Smite no need for morder
Revive you wont die ;D
Clarity, this you are sure you have to take!!!!!!

PROS:
can take good mount of damage
can kill so easy for a tanker
great farmer
great at laning
can really help a team with a ghost of your enemis
great AOE

CONS:
No CC
No RUN!!!!
Cant tank alone so easily
