Hello, i'm serock3 and i want to start of with saying that i'm sorry there's any grammar/spelling mistakes in the guide. English is not my main language.
Now to the guide!
I've been maining mordekaiser for a while now and i feel like after the update were they increased the price of Will of the Ancients the build that i used to use (see guide: how to build a proper Mordekaiser") became very inconvenient. Therefor i experimented with some other builds and found that i did better then before the patch. This build is tankier then the most AP Mordekaiser builds that i have looked at and i found that it works great in ranked games because of this. Overall it's just an attempt at building him without using Will of the Ancients (at least not as second item), and i found that this build worked great for that.
