Not tanky enough to do sustained CDR build, no Lich Bane for AP build.

I guess a hybrid of the two MIGHT work okay, but you are relying too heavily on Mejai's.

FoN is one of Mordekaiser's best items to build, because of the MR, the Movement speed and the help to his regen in order to offset his skill cost.

It's not as good as spell vamp, but the MR/Move Speed set it off.

I would also suggest looking at will of the ancients instead of hextech gunblade. Sure it has a nice active, but I think Will of the Ancients is a bit more effective on Morde. Morde doesn't need much lifesteal. Just my 2cents on Morde. Also, I agree with Sinjustice on SS. Snowballing is a big no no, if you get focused and you have stacks, it's near impossible to recover. Plus with a lack of tank items, snowballing becomes really risky. Needs a little more work.
Also, for your masteries, I really don't like the idea of cdr death timers if you have a ss. It's the reason people don't take revive. If you take that, you expect to die, and you need to die a few times late game to make the cooldown reduction worth the three mastery points you could have spent in something else +).

Needs an armour item, and yeah Nashor's is balls.

This is missing , it's not even mentioned! I had my doubts at first, but It's definitely a brilliant option on Morde

Hey there. Couple suggestions.

Mejai's should never be a core item. It's a luxury item. You should only take it if you're already doing well. I would sub it out for Rylais, since Morde needs to be tanky since he has to be able to stand around in a fight a lot to be useful. The soft CC is useful too.
Also, the Nashor's Tooth. Get rid of it. It's a useless item on Mordekaiser. He doesn't use the mana regen. It's a waste of gold anyways, because he doesn't really need the attack speed either. Replace it with a Sunfire Cape or Abyssal Scepter.

You're going in a good direction with the build though, so +1 from me. You formatting is pretty good.
