Introduction
I will add more later, for now this build is meant for my reference.
Now, let's get rockin'
Runes
These are some very good runes for Morde. Seal of Armor and Glyph of Magic Resist are both very good runes for late game team fights and laning phase. Mark of Magic Penetration is a very good item for the Magic Pen. Last but not least Quintessence of Ability Power is amazing for the early game AP.
Starters
In my opinion the very best starting items. They give you nice sustain and you have the ability to dodge skillshots. Take these, trust me. They will gib you more mone.
Core
Hextech Revolver is one of the best rushed items for
Mordekaiser, it gives you a chance to grow some cojones and really push. With this item you can last forever in lane.
Sorcerer's Shoes This is always great to have, the extra movement speed and magic pen makes this item on Morde Numero Uno.
Deathfire Grasp is a great item to build on him, it amplifies his damage and lowers your cooldown! What could be better.

Passive: Iron Man
30% of the damage dealt from abilities is converted into a temporary shield, absorbing incoming damage. Shield regeneration is half effective versus minions. Minimum shield strength is 120 health, and the maximum is 630 health. The shield decays by 3% per second.

This passive is what defines Mordekaiser. Try to keep it up as much as you can.

Cost 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50 health
Explanation:
Decent Ability. Helps farm and Shield Gen but not as much as your other spells.
Do note that if you clear a wave before hitting your lane opponent you will do far more damage with this ability and it also resets your auto-attack timer
This spell does not work on towers.

Cost 26 / 32 / 38 / 44 / 50 health
Range 750
Explanation:
I love this ability. pop this on yourself and watch minions and champions die around you without you having to do anything.
Some tricks with this skill:
put it on a minion leading your wave to get some harass without putting yourself in danger (make sure it doesn't die too fast as it is then a waste of a CD.)
Use in conjunction with to damage your enemies while they can do nothing to you.

Explanation:
Morde's bread and butter skill. Use it to farm, use it to kill.
Things to Note:
The range of this spell is slightly longer than the cone, use this to your advantage.
try to hit champions with this as much as possible because it greatly increases shield generation.
Mordekaiser damages enemies in a cone in front of him, dealing 65 / 110 / 155 / 200 / 245 (+40% of ability power) magic damage.
Cost 24 / 36 / 48 / 60 / 72 health
Range 700

Ult: Children of The Grave
Curses an enemy champion for 8 seconds, stealing 3 / 3.5 / 4% life per second, plus an additional 0.1% per 50 AP.
If the target dies while under the effect of the curse, their soul is enslaved and will follow Mordekaiser for 30 seconds. During this time, Mordekaiser gains 25% of their ability power, and attack damage. The spirit gains 65 / 75 / 85% + (+100% of ability power) of Mordekaiser's adjusted damage, ability power, and 50% + (+100% of ability power) of Mordekaiser's health.
Pets can be controlled by holding the alt key and using the right mouse button.
Range 850
Explanation:
One of the most effective teamfight Ultimates in the game, not kidding.
Tips and tricks:
Always go for the enemy AD carry with this ability. Their ghost will win you the fight.
You can control the clone with Alt+Right mouse click
Stay safe when using this in a teamfight, the clone will die if you die, negating its effectiveness.
do not rely on the dot alone, it does a misleadingly small amount so try to use and to secure the kill.
Be aware of any or on the enemy team as they will remove your ultimate.
if the enemy has one of the above use your ult to 'last hit' them instead of straight up so they don't have time to use it.
Curses an enemy champion for 8 seconds, stealing 3 / 3.5 / 4% life per second, plus an additional 0.1% per 50 AP.

Explanation:
One of the most effective teamfight Ultimates in the game, not kidding.
Tips and tricks:

In my opinion the best skills for Morde, since early game he does not have any cc or escape tactics Flash is the best skill. Ignite combos with your ult incredibly well, pop both of those on a sucker and bam! He is dead.
All other spells on Morde aren't nearly as good. I'm sure would be OK but I would stay stick with those.
Early Game (0:00-9:30)
This is where Morde sucks, keep farming and gather that gold.
Mid Game (9:30-14:00)
Mordekaiser starts getting a bit better here, you might be able to land a few kills but don't completely give up farming, try to get around 100 cs or more.
Late Game (14:00-UP)
Now is when it is Mordekaisers time to shine. Use your E on Bi**hes, use your shield on friendly Bi**hes and use your Q on Bi**hes, simple as that.
Tips:
Make sure to prioritize farming until level 6 or so. Early game you are incredibly squishy and even an Annie can own you (Trust me I know.) Make sure to use your passive by farming when the enemy is about to initiate, use your e on a few minions. Always keep farming, the more gold the more items, the more items the more kills, the more kills the more gold and so on forever.
This is where Morde sucks, keep farming and gather that gold.
Mid Game (9:30-14:00)
Mordekaiser starts getting a bit better here, you might be able to land a few kills but don't completely give up farming, try to get around 100 cs or more.
Late Game (14:00-UP)
Now is when it is Mordekaisers time to shine. Use your E on Bi**hes, use your shield on friendly Bi**hes and use your Q on Bi**hes, simple as that.
Tips:
